Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of tickets to events organized and sold by Bemozik through its website and app. Bemozik is the seller and organizer of the events offered.
2. Price
Prices are shown in Ariary (Ar), all taxes included. The displayed price is the total price charged by Bemozik: no service fee is added. For card payments, bank conversion fees may apply depending on your bank (see the Payment section).
3. Payment
Payment via mobile money is made in Ariary. Card payment is processed by SumUp (a provider located in the euro area): the amount shown in Ariary is then converted to euros based on a reference exchange rate in force at the time of the transaction (a fixed reference rate or a rate provided by a third-party exchange service). Your bank may apply conversion or foreign transaction fees, independent of Bemozik and at your expense.
The order is only definitively confirmed after effective payment confirmation. Without confirmed payment within the allotted time, the reservation is automatically released.
4. Ticket delivery
After payment confirmation, the electronic ticket is made available in the customer area and sent by email. Each ticket contains a unique QR code; any duplication or modification voids access.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a leisure service provided on a specific date, the right of withdrawal does not apply: tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, subject to the cancellation or postponement cases below.
6. Event cancellation or postponement
If Bemozik cancels an event, the buyer is refunded the price paid, according to the communicated terms.
In case of postponement, the ticket remains valid for the new date. A refund is only possible if Bemozik expressly authorizes it.
A minor change (time, venue, line-up) does not give right to a refund.
7. Event access conditions
Access to the event may be refused, without refund, in particular in case of:
- invalid, already scanned, forged or duplicated ticket;
- failure to comply with the venue rules (security, minimum age, prohibited items);
- late arrival when access is no longer allowed;
- intoxication or dangerous behavior;
- for minors, failure to comply with the event's specific conditions (supervision, hours, etc.).
8. Fraud prevention
Bemozik may cancel a suspicious order, request ID, limit the number of tickets per person and block an account in case of fraud. Any forged, duplicated or already-used ticket is refused at the entrance, without refund.
9. Liability
Bemozik is responsible for organizing and running its events, within the limits of applicable regulations and excluding force majeure. Bemozik is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings at the event venue, nor for a denied access attributable to the customer.
10. Personal data
The processing of order-related data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Malagasy law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo.
