1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is RASOLOFONIAINA Herinirina Samoela (Bemozik), whose registered office is at 76 CI Ambanivato Behitsy - Commune Ambohimangakely, Antananarivo, Madagascar. Contact: bemozik@icloud.com.

2. Data collected

We collect the following data:

  • account data: last name, first name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted);
  • order data: purchase history, tickets, amounts;
  • payment data: processed by our secure providers — Bemozik stores no banking data;
  • technical data: IP address, device type, connection logs, technical cookies.

3. Purposes

Your data is used to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • process your orders and deliver your tickets;
  • ensure security and prevent fraud;
  • send you communications related to your orders and events;
  • comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis and compliance

Processing is carried out in accordance with Law No. 2014-038 of 9 January 2015 on the protection of personal data (Madagascar), under the supervision of the Malagasy Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CMIL). It is based on contract performance (ticket purchase), our legitimate interest (security, service improvement) and our legal obligations.

5. Data sharing

Your data is only shared with the providers strictly necessary for the service: mobile money operators and SumUp (payment), Brevo (email delivery), OVH (hosting). It is never sold and may be disclosed to the competent authorities where required by law.

6. Retention

Your data is kept for the following periods:

  • account data: up to 5 years after the last activity;
  • order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations);
  • technical logs and cookies: 13 months maximum.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures (password encryption, HTTPS/TLS, access control, audit log) to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to and restrict the processing of your data.

To exercise your rights or request deletion of your data, write to bemozik@icloud.com. We acknowledge receipt within a few days and process the request within 30 days, except for data that must be retained under legal obligations.

9. Cookies

The platform only uses technical cookies necessary for its operation (session, security). No advertising cookies are used. You can configure your browser to refuse them.

This policy may be updated. Any change is published on this page with its update date.
