Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Bemozik platform (website and app), which lets users browse events organized by Bemozik and purchase tickets.

2. Bemozik, organizer and seller

Bemozik creates, organizes and sells its events directly on the platform. Bemozik does not act as an intermediary for third-party organizers: the events and tickets are offered under its sole responsibility.

3. Acceptance

Using the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

4. User account

An account is required to purchase tickets. The user agrees to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;
  • keep their credentials confidential;
  • be responsible for any activity carried out from their account;
  • report any unauthorized use of their account without delay.

5. Use of the service

The user agrees to a lawful use of the service. The following are prohibited:

  • any attempt to intrude, defraud or disrupt the platform;
  • creating fraudulent multiple accounts or using false identities;
  • unauthorized resale of tickets;
  • sharing or publishing one's QR code (fraud risk).

6. Tickets and QR codes

Each ticket carries a unique, personal QR code, valid for a single entry: the first QR code scanned at the entrance prevails.

Users must keep their ticket safe and never share it (especially on social media). Bemozik is not liable for a denied entry resulting from a QR code shared, duplicated or disclosed by the user.

7. Availability and maintenance

Bemozik strives to keep the service available but may suspend it temporarily (maintenance, updates, security, force majeure) without any right to compensation.

8. Liability

Bemozik does its utmost to ensure the reliability of the service and the smooth running of its events. Its liability cannot, however, be engaged in the event of force majeure or user fault (disclosed credentials, shared ticket, incorrect information). Purchase and access conditions are detailed in the Terms of Sale.

9. Suspension

In case of breach of these Terms or fraud, Bemozik may suspend or delete the account and cancel the associated tickets, without prejudice to any legal action.

10. Changes

Bemozik may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force when the service is used.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Malagasy law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo.
